Tim McKirdy
Tim McKirdy is a former professional chef turned drinks journalist. He spent years as Managing Editor at VinePair, where he created and hosted Cocktail College — a celebrated drinks podcast that was a Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards finalist in 2025. He's based in Brooklyn, where he co-founded The Coaster, a new kind of podcast network focused on the intersection of drinks and culture.
Sother Teague
Sother Teague is one of New York City's most respected bartenders, with decades of experience behind some of the city's best bars, most notably Amor y Amargo. He's also a trained chef, cookbook author, and a fixture in the drinks world — known for his deep knowledge and no-nonsense approach. When he's not behind the bar, he's almost certainly in the kitchen.
